Australian Coaching Legend Lisa Alexander AM Appointed Performance Director

Former Australian Diamonds Head Coach to Lead Performance Strategy & Develop WorldClass Athletes

London; UK – 10th September 2021 – London Pulse today announced the signing of Australian coaching legend Lisa Alexander AM as Performance Director.  Lisa has signed a two year contract to lead the performance strategy at London Pulse and to join the VNSL coaching team alongside Sam Bird and Fiona Murtagh.  Lisa will also oversee the player transition from performance pathway to elite as head coach of the U21 Squad.

Lisa needs little introduction and has been a winning high performance coach for the past thirty years.  Leading at the pinnacle of International High Performance Sport as Head Coach of the Number One ranked netball team in the world for 9 years and 102 test matches, 2014 Commonwealth Games Gold medallists, 2015 World Champions, 8 times Constellation Cup Winners, 5 times Quad Series Winners, the Australian Diamonds Netball Team. Currently, sitting on the Victorian Institute of Sport Board, as the Performance and Coaching Expert and working part time with Leading Teams as a High-Performance Expert and Ambassador.
