London Pulse appoints new Operations Manager

Diana-Mae Pettigrew joins London Pulse following a five year tenure at the British Basketball Federation (BBF) were she was the Programme Manager for the Great Britain national teams at both senior and youth level. During her time at the BBF Diana-Mae managed the delivery of all GB men’s international training programmes ranging from the Senior Men’s EuroBasket and World Cup Qualification programmes, to the annual FIBA European Championships for the GB Under 20, Under 18 and Under 16 programmes which most significantly saw the U20 and U18 Men promoted to Division A status, the highest level of international competition in Europe for their respective age groups.
In addition to high performance operations Diana-Mae’s experience also includes event management; she recently undertook the role of Game Director for the FIBA 2019 World Cup First Round Qualification games, and has worked at a number of venues across the country including the Emirates Arena in Glasgow, the University of Worcester Arena, the National Basketball Performance Centre (Belle Vue) in Manchester, Leicester Arena and also the home of London Pulse – the Copper Box.
Prior to entering elite sport Diana-Mae was a PE Coordinator at sports specialist school Ernest Bevin College and also an Operations Officer at the Luol Deng Foundation.
As Operations Manager Diana-Mae will oversee the coordination and delivery of all London Pulse team operations and events and we’re very excited to have her on board!
