Partnership to promote access to Netball in London for the blind and visually impaired.
Two key initiatives supported by this partnership are:
(1) The provision of FREE access to London Pulse home matches for visually impaired/blind fans to enjoy netball with the support of audio description and trained volunteer support.
(2) Netball skills sessions in London with our London Pulse Community Lead Lisa Brown. Lisa will have completed visual awareness training and completed an online training module run by British Blind Sport. Pulse volunteers will also have training to enable them to attend the sessions and to understand how best to support the athletes attending.
