London Pulse – Competition Terms and Conditions

1. 1.

   Promoter: The competition is organised by London Pulse Netball.

2. 2.

   Eligibility: The competition is open to UK residents. Entrants under the age of 18 must have permission from a parent or guardian.

3. 3.

   How to enter: Entrants must follow the entry instructions stated in the competition post. Only valid entries received before the closing date will be included.

4. 4.

   Prize: One winner will receive two tickets to a London Pulse home match. The match will be agreed with London Pulse and is subject to ticket availability.

5. 5.

   Closing date: The competition closes at the date and time specified in the competition post. Entries received after this time will not be counted.

6. 6.

   Winner selection: One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries and contacted via the social media account or contact details used to enter.

7. 7.

   Claiming the prize: The winner must respond within 48 hours of being contacted. If no response is received, London Pulse reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

8. 8.

   Prize conditions: The prize is non-transferable, has no cash alternative and cannot be exchanged or refunded. Travel, accommodation and any other expenses are not included.

9. 9.

   Publicity: The winner will only be publicly identified with their consent.

10. 10.

    Data protection: Personal information provided by entrants will be used to administer the competition and contact the winner, in accordance with applicable data protection legislation. It will not be used for unrelated marketing without appropriate consent.

11. 11.

    General: London Pulse reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not comply with these terms or to amend or cancel the competition where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.

12. 12.

    Social media disclaimer: If the competition is hosted on Instagram, Facebook or another social media platform, it is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with that platform.

13. 13.

    Acceptance: By entering the competition, entrants agree to these terms and conditions.
