References to “London Pulse”, “we”, “us” or “our” mean London Pulse Limited.

References to “you” or “your” mean the person purchasing products from us.

These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made through LondonPulseNetball.com.

2. Placing an order

By placing an order through the London Pulse website, you confirm that:

• you are legally entitled to enter into a contract;
• the information you provide when placing your order is accurate and complete; and
• you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

Your order is accepted when we send you confirmation that the goods have been dispatched, unless we notify you otherwise.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where, for example, a product is unavailable, there has been an obvious pricing or product-description error, or we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity.

3. Products

We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, images, colours and specifications displayed on our website are accurate.

However, colours shown on your device may differ slightly from the actual product.

Some products may be available in limited quantities or for a limited period. Availability is subject to stock levels.

Where a product is personalised or made specifically to your requirements, this will be clearly stated on the relevant product page.

4. Prices

All prices displayed on the website are in pounds sterling (£) and, where applicable, include VAT.

The price payable will be the price displayed at the time you place your order, together with any applicable delivery charges.

If we discover an obvious pricing error after you have placed an order, we will contact you and give you the option of confirming the order at the correct price or cancelling the order for a full refund.

5. Payment

Payment must be made using the payment methods available at checkout.

Your payment details are processed securely by our payment provider. London Pulse does not normally have access to your full payment card details.

6. Delivery

We will provide the estimated delivery timeframe and any applicable delivery charges at checkout.

We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days of receiving your order.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If we are unable to fulfil an order within the agreed delivery period, we will contact you and provide appropriate information regarding your options.

7. Your right to cancel

If you purchase goods from us online, you generally have a statutory right to cancel your order without giving a reason.

You have 14 days from the day after you receive the goods to tell us that you wish to cancel.

You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.

Please include your order number and details of the product(s) you wish to return.

You may also use the cancellation form at the end of these Terms and Conditions.

If you cancel an order in accordance with your statutory rights, we will refund the purchase price and the cost of standard delivery.

If you selected a more expensive delivery option, we are only required to refund the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option available.

Refunds will normally be made using the original payment method.

8. Returns

If you wish to return an item or exercise your statutory right to cancel an online order, please contact: info@londonpulsenetball.com

Please include your order number, name and details of the product(s) you wish to return.

We will then provide you with the appropriate returns instructions and returns address.

Please do not send merchandise to London Pulse’s registered office unless we specifically instruct you to do so.

Where you are exercising your statutory right to cancel, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your goods and return the goods within a further 14 days.

Unless the goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, you will normally be responsible for the cost of returning goods when exercising your statutory right to cancel.

Goods should be returned in an appropriate condition. You are entitled to handle goods to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functionality, similar to how you could inspect them in a shop.

We may make an appropriate deduction from a refund if the value of the goods has been reduced because they have been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect them.

9. Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

If your goods arrive damaged, are faulty, are not as described, or you receive the wrong item, please contact: info@londonpulsenetball.com

Please provide your order number and, where appropriate, photographs of the item and packaging.

We will investigate the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement, repair or refund in accordance with your legal rights.

Where goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, we will provide appropriate instructions regarding their return and will not require you to bear the cost of returning the goods where the law requires us to cover that cost.

10. Personalised products

Where a product is personalised at your request, you are responsible for ensuring that the information supplied to us is accurate.

Personalised or bespoke products may be excluded from the statutory cancellation right where an applicable legal exception applies.

Where this applies, the product page will clearly explain the relevant restriction before you place your order.

If London Pulse makes an error in personalisation, please contact us at info@londonpulsenetball.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

11. Refunds

Where a refund is due, we will normally process it within the timeframe required by law.

Refunds will normally be made to the original payment method.

Where goods have been returned, we may wait until the goods have been received back or you have provided evidence that they have been returned, whichever occurs first, before processing the refund.

12. Promotions and discount codes

From time to time, London Pulse may offer promotional codes, discounts or special offers.

Unless otherwise stated:

• promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash;
• only one promotional code may be used per order;
• promotions may be subject to specific terms; and
• promotions may be withdrawn or amended where permitted by law.

Any promotional terms will be displayed alongside the relevant promotion.

The London Pulse name, logos, imagery, designs and other intellectual property displayed on the website belong to London Pulse or our relevant licensors.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute or commercially exploit London Pulse intellectual property without our prior written permission.
