A New Era of Dominance in Netball
London Pulse has rapidly risen to become one of the most powerful forces in English netball, showcasing excellence from the elite level down to the grassroots. Their journey to the top began with a landmark achievement in 2023, when the club secured the league title and finished runners-up overall, signalling the start of a new era for the franchise.
Fast forward to 2025, and Pulse have firmly established themselves as a superpower—achieving an extraordinary triple championship sweep. The team captured The Supercup, won the league, and triumphantly lifted the Grand Final trophy at the O2 Arena in London, completing one of the most impressive seasons in modern netball history.
But London Pulse's success runs far deeper than the elite squad.
At the heart of the club lies its thriving NXT GEN High Performance Programme, a development system that continues to produce some of the brightest young athletes in the country. Their junior teams have dominated the national pathway competitions:
In 2024, London Pulse expanded its development footprint by launching a second NPL pathway: Pulse Power. In its debut season, the programme made an immediate impact, with the U17 squad winning silver on the league and the U19 squad securing bronze at the NPL Summer Tournament, further strengthening the club's talent pipeline.
This growth is supported by Pulse's nationwide reach, with 40 development programs across the country, including hubs in Scotland and Dubai, making their influence truly international.
From elite pathways to grassroots opportunities, Pulse provides a range of experiences that nurture the next generation of netball stars. Their popular residential training camps and community camps ensure that athletes of all backgrounds have access to high-quality coaching, performance environments, and the Pulse style of play.
With historic victories, a flourishing youth system, and a nationwide network of developmental programs, London Pulse is not just winning titles—they are shaping the future of netball.
Netball On The Rise
England netball has made huge strides in the world rankings (ranging from 2 & 3 best in the World), and the Superleague itself is now in a transformational stage to becoming fully professional.
London Pulse was successful in applying to be part of the New Professional Era which now hosts 8 NSL teams. Teams and players have significant social media followers, providing great visibility for sponsors and partners that work with us.
London Pulse now also has two performance pathways providing performance coaching and competition for London Pulse U15/17 and 19, as well as our sister pathway Pulse Power U15/17/19. Both pathways feed into the NXT Generation Squad and finally the London Pulse NSL squad.
Netball is now visible on SKY SPORTS and The BBC both at international level and Superleague level.
All clubs must play 2 from 7 home games in Large Arenas. London Pulse plays all 7 at the Copper Box Arena enabling thousands of fans to watch live netball.
Over 1.3 million people now play netball fortnightly and over 100,000 members affiliated to England Netball.
Our Community
We are committed to being part of the school and wider community, covering 32 London boroughs – extending our skills and experience to offer netball pathway coaching programmes, virtual camps, pathway trials, inspirational netball tours, annual corporate cup, disability and visually impaired netball, netball for the elderly and walking netball in as many parts of the city as possible.

Londoners certainly have a passion for netball – with sell-out crowds at International and Superleague matches held in the capital at our iconic venue, Copper Box Arena, Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park underpinned by a structure of numerous pathway hubs across London.
London has a unique identity, bustling economy, vibrant, social and cultural hotspots all providing the perfect backdrop for a London based team. We are proud to become the home for netball in London reflecting all of our diverse communities. Beyond our sport London Pulse will be a team that our capital city will be proud to support as an emblem of women's empowerment.
Future Stars of Netball
London Pulse has the opportunity for finding, inspiring and developing the next generation of leading netballers to be Superleague and England stars of the future. As the provider of England Netball's performance pathway for London and surrounding areas, we already have an impressive track record to be proud of.
Our performance pathway for young athletes aged 14-21 has already produced exceptional talent, with many now playing Superleague netball. Last year, hundreds trialled to join the pathway from across the London region and beyond.
