A squad peppered with the perfect combination of experience and youth, flair and consistency, home grown and international talent.

Returning to the squad from the 2023 team are the following England Roses:

Making the step up from our championship winning pathway:

Darcie Everitt (London Pulse U21s & England Futures)

Isabella Phillips (London Pulse U19s & England National Academy)

Both Darcie and Isabella recently represented England at the Youth Commonwealth Games where they came away with bronze.  Darcie captained the young England side and was one of London Pulse’s training partners for the 2023 season.

Joining London Pulse for 2024:

Nicholé Taljaard – The 26 year old GA from South Africa set the world alight at the NWC with her dynamic play and sensational shooting.

Jeresia McEachrane – The 27 year old WD from Trinidad and Tobago showed the flair and never say die attitude that the Calypso Girls are known for around the world at this year’s NWC.

Brie Grierson – Brie joins from Leeds Rhinos where she has played for the past 3 seasons.  The 2023 season saw WA/GA Brie make 10 appearances for a total of 88 goals.

Sam Bird had this to say about her new squad: “I am so excited about the squad we have put together for the new season.  We have kept the core of our history making 2023 team and added to it with world class talent in key positions.”

She continued: “In keeping with our club ethos I am also delighted to have been able to offer places in this squad to two hugely talented youngsters from within our own pathway in Darcie and Isabella.  I truly believe we have a squad that can take us one step further this season and I cannot wait to get started.”

The London Pulse squad will be rounded out with three training partners, to be announced later this week.

London Pulse would like to take this opportunity to thank those players that played a vital part in our 2023 success that will not be rejoining us for this season.  Thank you Chelsea, Sacha, Ash, Ellie and Lindsay and training partners Freya and Jade.
